Pulong Bunga Elementary School successfully participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2026, led by Sir Jairus M. Poblete, Teacher III and School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinator, together with the teaching force under the guidance of Maila N. Pantoja, Ed.D., School Principal.

The activity strengthened the school's preparedness and reinforced the importance of safety, disaster awareness, and resilience among learners, teachers, and school personnel. Through the conduct of the drill, the school community practiced proper earthquake response procedures, promoting a culture of readiness and ensuring a safer learning environment for all.

ASDS Monitoring Visit :Strengthening Commitment to Quality Education

The monitoring visit of Dr. Ruben E. Faltado III, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, provided inspiration to Pulong Bunga ES for the delivery of quality education.

As part of the visit, the ASDS carefully inspected the school's facilities, including classrooms, learning areas and other support services. The evaluation highlighted the school's efforts in maintaining a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment for all learners.

One of the highlights of the visit was the meaningful interaction between the ASDS and the learners.

In addition, the ASDS provided technical assistance to the teachers and the school head, Ma'am Maila N. Pantoja. Constructive feedback and practical recommendations were shared to further improve instructional delivery and strengthen the implementation of various programs and activities under Three Term School Calendar.

The school is sincerely grateful for the positive feedback received during the monitoring. The recognition of the teachers' hardwork, the learners' enthusiasm, and the school's overall performance serves as inspiration to continue striving for excellence.

Indeed, the ASDS visit was not only an assessment activity but also a meaningful and inspiring experience.

Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Proklamasyon ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas ngayong Hunyo 12, 2026, nakikiisa ang Pulong Bunga Elementary School sa buong sambayanang Pilipino sa pagpupugay sa katapangan, sakripisyo, at kabayanihan ng ating mga bayani na nagbigay-daan sa kalayaan na ating tinatamasa ngayon.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanilang dakilang pamana upang patuloy nating mahalin ang ating bayan, pahalagahan ang kalayaan, at isabuhay ang pagkakaisa, disiplina, at pananagutan bilang mga mamamayang Pilipino.

Sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang adhikaing makapag-ambag sa pagbuo ng isang mas maunlad, mapayapa, at makabagong Pilipinas para sa susunod na henerasyon.

PSDS Guansing Monitors School Readiness, Baseline Assessment at PBES

On the third day of the opening of classes, June 10, Pulong Bunga ES received a monitoring visit from Dr. REY M. Guansing, Public Schools District Supervisor of Silang 3.

Sir Guansing checked the overall readiness of the school for SY 2026-2027-. He also observed the ongoing Baseline Assessment in Math and Reading as part of the Opening Block Activies under Three Term School Calendar.

During his rounds, he interacted with pupils and encouraged them to do their best in the assessments.

The visit reaffirmed the district's commitment to quality education and data driven at PBES

Blessings Keep Coming for PBES

Casa Flora Grande and Rotary Club of San Juan Central, District 3800 bring smiles to learners of Pulong Bunga ES.

After a month of their formal turnover of the new Learning Resource at PBES,they visited our school to share another blessings to our learners.

Each learner received a package of school supplies and a jollibee treat after a short leadership activity was conducted to selected 30 learners from Grade 1 to Grade 6.

The entire PBES community led by Dr. Maila N. Pantoja, school principal, extends heartfelt gratitude to Casa Grande Flora and Rotary Club of San Juan for their continued support.

'"Your help is more than just supplies and foods-it is hope that every child brings home,' said Dr. Pantoja.

The learners went home with a smile carrying the package of school supplies and the learning experience.

CLASSROOM MONITORING

As part of the opening of School Year 2026–2027, Ma’am Maila N. Pantoja, Ed.D., Principal I conducted classroom monitoring at Pulong Bunga Elementary School to personally observe the condition of classes on the first day of school.

During her visit to the different classrooms, she witnessed the dedication and preparedness of teachers in delivering quality education, as well as the active participation of learners in their classroom activities.

This activity aims to ensure the smooth, safe, and effective start of the new school year. The school management continues to uphold a culture of excellence, discipline, and care for the meaningful learning of every Batang PulongBungeños.
