The College of Engineering and Information Technology Student Council (CEIT-SC) announces the extension of the RAWRCHANDISE: SECOND WAVE pre-orders until April 29, 2026 only.

This extension provides additional time for students to secure their orders and be part of this year’s merchandise release. We encourage everyone to take this opportunity before the final deadline.

At the same time, all purchasers of RAWRCHANDISE 2026 First Wave are advised to claim their orders on the following schedule:

📅 May 25 – June 6, 2026
⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In line with Office Memorandum No. PMAPN-084-2026, campus access and claiming areas may be affected. Students are strongly encouraged to claim within the given dates to avoid any inconvenience.

If you are unavailable, you may authorize a representative to claim on your behalf, provided that proper authorization is presented. Please note that once items are released and the tracking form is signed, the council will no longer be responsible for any loss or damage.

CEIT-SC attends OSAS consultation re: student concerns on the hybrid modality Following the Emergency All Students Meeting led by the Central Student Government (CSG) on April 18, 2026, where pressing student issues were raised, the planned consultation with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is now underway.

Led by the CSG, and together with representatives from the FCSG, CSG, College Student Councils, and various Organizations, the CEIT Student Council is attending a consultation meeting with OSAS Dean Sharon M. Isip and SDS Head Kristine Joy E. Sierra.

The discussion focuses on student concerns regarding the hybrid learning modality, as well as challenges faced by student organizations in the conduct of their events.

The consultation is being held at the Testing Center, 2nd Floor, SUB, as part of a collective effort to ensure that student concerns are properly heard, addressed, and acted upon.

The CEIT Student Council presents this sensing form in line with Office Memorandum No. PMAPN 084-2026, which implements an alternating schedule of online and on-site modalities in response to the ongoing national transport and oil crisis.

This form aims to gather the perception, daily realities, and readiness of CEIT students regarding the implementation of these flexible learning modalities. We know the daily commute has become incredibly exhausting and financially draining, and we need to know if this policy truly serves your welfare and protects your well-being.

The information gathered will serve as the data-driven basis for the CEIT Student Council in lobbying the University Administration to address attendance leniency, lab schedule conflicts, and other burdens that may arise with this implementation.

The College of Engineering and Information Technology Student Council (CEIT-SC) would like to inform everyone that the distribution of Rawrchandise 2026 First Wave has been rescheduled starting on April 27, 2026 and would follow the On-site Schedules on the Office Memorandum No. PMAPN-084-2026.

This adjustment is made in consideration of the recently announced blended learning setup, which may affect students’ availability on campus. The new schedule aims to ensure a more convenient and accessible distribution process for all.

Furthermore, please be advised that the Rawrchandise 2026 Second Wave Pre-Order will remain open until April 24, 2026, allowing more students the opportunity to place their orders.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Further details regarding the distribution process will be released through our official platforms.

In light of the declared national energy emergency, Cavite State University will implement flexible learning modalities for the remaining weeks of the Second Semester, AY 2025–2026, including Midyear Classes.

An alternating schedule of online and on-site classes will be observed to ensure the continuity of academic activities while prioritizing the welfare and well-being of students. Lecture classes will be conducted online during designated weeks, while laboratory classes, major examinations, and other essential activities will proceed on-site as scheduled.

Students are encouraged to remain informed, actively participate in all learning activities, and regularly monitor official communication channels for updates and further announcements.
