🌱May 8, 2026 | Isabela State University Cauayan City Campus, NSTP-CWTS pushes Communal Garden at Buena Suerte, Cauayan City.

NSTP students taking up Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology hold Communal Gardening Activity at Buena Suerte, Cauayan City under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Reynaldo Guzman, Dr. Harvey Alejandro (Campus NSTP Director), and Dr. Aquim Verzon (University NSTP Director). The activity engages the youth into Civic Welfare Services with ISUs partner community at Buena Suerte in support of the programs of LGU Cauayan. According to Punong Barangay Hon. Dennis A. Dela Cruz, the students’ community service is a “big help to the barangay,” especially in community programs and projects of the City of Cauayan. He also shared that “ang kabataan ay ang pag-asa ng bayan,” encouraging young people to continue doing good programs and community service. Meanwhile, Kag. Marlon Agustin highlighted that the communal garden aims to “strengthen the unity of the community” while helping families through food, livelihood, and environmental care.

PART 1 RAATI 2026 Snapshot | ISU Cauayan Campus

The Isabela State University - Cauayan Campus (ISU-CC) ROTC Unit showed great discipline and skill during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026. It is officially recorded that the ROTC Unit excelled with a rating of 98.37. The success was an accumulated excellence with ISU San Mateo, IC, UPHS Isabela, and Batanes State College; showcasing the spirit of hard work, dedication, and commitment to service.

Committed to discipline and driven by purpose—RAATI 2026 stands as another milestone in the ROTC unit’s pursuit of excellence, leadership, and service.

April 11, 2026 | Isabela State University – Cauayan City Campus

Civil Welfare Training Service and Literacy Training Service students attended an NSTP orientation at the campus gymnasium led by NSTP implementers, together with Dr. Harvey T. Alejandro and Dr. Aquim D. Verzon. The discussion focused on the home-based NSTP program and student responsibilities.

Dr. Harvey T. Alejandro emphasized, “Every Saturday, you need to comply with and submit an after-activity report,” while Dr. Aquim D. Verzon said,“ This discussion about on how you doing to a compliment with existing guidelines without compromising attachment of a NSTP objectives” highlighted the importance of following guidelines without compromising NSTP objectives.

After the session, students carried out their assigned tasks. Hanniedhel Antonio (Civil Welfare Training Service) shared, “We attended the orientation and after that, we cleaned our assigned areas and watered our plants,” while Jashir Diaz (Literacy Training Service) stated, “We cleaned and just finished the program where we were instructed on what we are going to do.”

Meanwhile, MEDICS trainees conducted drills at the campus oval. Jasmine T. Agra said, “We followed our officers properly and performed the training with full strength.” ROTC cadets also held their 12th and 13th training day in preparation for RAATI. C/CPT. John Loyd Jovita emphasized, “we are cadet soldiers who follow instructions because we are disciplined.”

The activity aimed to guide students in the home-based NSTP program while strengthening discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.

On March 28, 2026 – At Isabela State University Cauayan City Campus, NSTP students from LTS, CWTS, ROTC, and MEDICS actively contributed to campus and community service.

Adrian Pepano Pascua of LTS shared, “We watered the plants and painted the covered walk and posts to beautify the area.” This was done to ensure the plants grow and the campus looks more enjoyable for everyone.

CWTS member Errille Addul said, “We cleaned and planted near the sports coordinator office.” This helped create a cleaner and greener environment.

ROTC’s Tomines, Jhon Kenneth Hilario noted, “We supervised the band units for the upcoming RAATI 2026.” This was to coordinate and organize campus events smoothly.

Meanwhile, Trisha Pascaran from MEDICS highlighted, “We conducted CPR training” This ensured students learned important life-saving skills. Through interviews with each components, we showcased how every team played a part in improving our campus and community.

On March 21, 2026, at Isabela State University – Cauayan City Campus, the students of NSTP 02 actively participated in community service and training activities. LTS and CWTS members cleaned their assigned areas, while LTS also conducted painting and tree planting. Medics took their examinations, while other students underwent life support training. These activities were conducted as part of their NSTP and ROTC training to promote discipline, service, and preparedness.

The ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 0th Training Day of the second semester, coinciding with the momentous Pinning of Ranks and Closing Ceremony of the Cadet Officers Qualifying Course (COQC).

On March 14, 2026, the NSTP students of Isabela State University Cauayan City Campus carried out various activities. CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Service) and LTS (Literacy Training Service) students cleaned their assigned areas, Medics students conducted their exam and continued their life support training, and the ISU–Cauayan ROTC Unit successfully conducted their 8th Training Day for the second semester. The ROTC cadets also performed display practice in preparation for the upcoming RAATI together with affiliated schools. These activities aimed to develop discipline, teamwork, and readiness through active participation and cooperation.

On March 07, 2026, NSTP students of Isabela State University Cauayan City Campus took part in different activities during their training day. The ISU–Cauayan ROTC Unit, successfully conducted its 7th Training Day of the second semester. together with other ROTC units, joined the Philippine Army Blood Donation Activity to help those in need. The Medics also participated and showed their readiness to serve. Meanwhile, the Literacy Training Service (LTS) and Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) students cleaned their assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
