It is with great pride, honor, and joy that we celebrate the successful conclusion of the 2026 Division Mid-Year In-Service Training for Teachers, hosted by Alicaocao Elementary School.
More than an event, this INSET became a meaningful testament to what can be accomplished when people come together with one purpose, one commitment, and one heart for education.
Our deepest gratitude goes to the Barangay Officials of Alicaocao, under the leadership of KAP TERESA BUAL, for your unwavering support and generosity.

From the preparations, Day 1-2,, until the very last task was completed, you were thereâquietly working, assisting, and making sure that everything was in place.

To the CNED Family, through the leadership of Sir Johnson, and to all our School Heads, thank you for the trust and confidence you have given Alicaocao Elementary School. Thank you for helping us get through this responsibility and for making us feel that we were never alone in this journey.

Our heartfelt appreciation as well to Maâam Irene Bartolome Salvador for staying with us from Day 1 until the very last minute of the INSET. Thank you, Maâam, for your presence, guidance, encouragement, and for the meaningful challenge you gave our teachers as they return to their respective schools and continue their commitment to public service.

And to my dear teaching and non-teaching staff of Alicaocao Elementary Schoolâthis appreciation is especially for you.
I know that the End-of-Term Block comes with countless tasks and responsibilities. I know you were tired. I know you had your own concerns and deadlines to attend to. Yet, you still showed up, worked together, and managed to smile.
No complaints. Just commitment. No excuses. Just teamwork.
Thank you for always giving your best.
I saw your efforts.
I saw your sacrifices.
I saw how you carried not only your own responsibilities but also stepped in to help when others were attending trainings, palaro and other activities.
That is what family does.
We catch each other when one is tired.
We carry one another when the load becomes heavy.
We celebrate together when the work is done.
And for that, I am deeply grateful.
God sees. God knows. May we continue to offer all our sacrifices, efforts, and intentions to Him, knowing that every act of service done with love has a purpose.
