APPRECIATION POST
Before February ended, we were informed about the Regional Monitoring of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) at Alicaocao Elementary School. 😁
At first, we were quite overwhelmed—classes are nearing their end, and we’re all busy with the preparation and quality assurance of test papers for the 4th Quarter Examination, EOSY forms and rites, and of course, our IPCRF “wannabees.”
But then again, difficult doesn’t mean impossible. We just need to add extra effort coupled with higher level of optimism. ✨
During our February MANCOM, we were reminded: “We have to present our best during visits and monitoring.” And honestly, that was all the motivation we needed. 🥰
We reassured ourselves that all the accomplishment reports prepared were stepping stones for our IPCRF evaluation—along with simple housekeeping and PRE-BRIGADA activities. Sounds convincing? 😁Siyempre gagawin rin namin mga yan sa Brigada. Napaaga at napabilis lang talaga.
This is not to brag, but to genuinely appreciate every effort—from organizing necessary documents to refurbishing school facilities and equipment.
Not easy? YES.
But impossible? Definitely NOT.
This may seem simple. But for us-i wasn't.
We may be small in number and with not so much resources. But as obedient servants of the Department, we have to follow and comply. Siyempre naman.🥰
We may be small in number but with big hearts and open minds, we continue to move forward despite challenges and difficulties.
Hats off to each and every one 🥰👏
