For the fourth day of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, the University of Eastern Philippines (UEP) highlights another compelling message of advocacy and unity through “TinigNiUEPiana.”

Today’s message comes from Vice President for Students Prosperity and External Engagement Dr. Nelia M. Adora, who affirms the collective strength of UEP women standing together with courage and conviction. She emphasizes that their voices rise not only for themselves, but for every woman whose silence was forced or whose strength was taken for granted.

Dr. Adora stresses that Ending Violence Against Women (VAW) begins with choosing dignity, choosing respect, and choosing never to look away. She highlights that empowered women uplift communities—and that together, the choice for change becomes stronger.

The University of Eastern Philippines (UEP), through its President, Dr. Cherry I. Ultra, proudly congratulates the nine (9) successful passers of the October 2025 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (LECPA) held on October 24–26, 2025.

UEP surpassed the national passing rate of 32.04%, achieving an overall performance of 32.14%. The university recorded three first-time passers with a 21.43% passing rate and six repeaters with a 42.86% passing rate, showcasing the continued commitment of the College of Business Administration (CBA) to academic excellence and professional development.

This achievement stands as a testament to the college’s dedication to quality instruction, rigorous training, and the perseverance of its students and faculty members.

The University of Eastern Philippines proudly celebrates the 31 new Registered Veterinarians from the College of Veterinary Medicine, who successfully passed the October 2025 Licensure Examination!

With an overall passing rate of 43.06% including 16 first-time passers (50%) and 15 repeaters (37.5%), this achievement highlights UEP’s continued commitment to academic excellence, professional competence, and service to society.

Congratulations to our new Veterinarians! Your hard work, perseverance, and passion for animal care bring pride and honor to the UEP community.
