𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙠 💰

I started an online business because for my whole life I had felt like this conventional life that we are taught is 'the right way' wasn't for me!

Working a 9-5 or being stuck in the system working for someone else for 40+ hours, 5 days a week with the 'luxury' of having 25 days annual leave a year 🤦🏽‍♀️ - This was never for me, not long term anyway.

Don't get me wrong I've loved some of the jobs and career paths I have taken but I have always wanted more for myself that didn't revolve around just work!

𝙸 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚕𝚒𝚟𝚎! 🌎

And If you truly want something enough!
If you see it, feel it, believe it & work hard for it.

I'm super proud of myself!! 🥳

So this is something I wasn't sure whether I should talk about on here but I want to be super open and honest and plus it's a big achievement for me and contributes to alot of what I'm working on atm!

So...... I quit smoking 1 month ago today! 🚭
Some of you already knew I smoked and some of you had probably seen it on my stories. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Well it had been a part of my life on and off over the years and then when I went through a tough time last year and turned to alcohol and ci******es as a coping mechanism, the ci******es became a habit and unfortunately stuck! And only intensified when I went travelling.

However I made the decision to cut down and eventually stop.
It didn't align with my life at all.
Prioritising my mental and physical health more and more especially as I grow more and more this year.

So it's been 1 month today. The day before I left Indonesia and went back to Thailand and I'm not looking back 😇

I've been working on myself! 🥰

If you want to Improve your mental health and/or grow mentally in any way. (Reduce stress or anxiety/be more positive or happy etc)
Then you need to make a conscious effort and take steps to do this.

Our mind is most susceptible to thought change after you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed which is why what we choose to do during these times is so important!

So If you're on your phone at night before bed or watching Netflix or you wake up in the morning and the 1st thing you do is grab your phone and start scrolling through IG or looking at the news then you need to rethink these habits If you really do want to improve your way of thinking!

This is exactly what I used to do and in the last 6 months I have been actively working on changing this and feel so much better for it!

At the start of this year I decided to set up my own online business! 💜

After years of being stuck in a 9-5 and working for someone else doing set hours with limited annual leave I always felt that life wasn't for me!

I saw a friend on instagram who appeared to be living her best life whilst working remotely.

She was living my dream.. to be able to earn money online and still be able to travel! ✈️

I knew that if I wanted to create the life she had for myself, I needed to do whatever she did to get there!

So right before going traveling I decided to take the leap!

Like anything, businesses take time to build and so of course… I’ve still got a little way to go to be where I want to be.

But no matter how long it takes me to achieve full freedom, it’s still a hell of a lot faster than working for someone else till retirement! 🙈
