📢 ADVISORY TO ALL STE STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND GUARDIANS

The Catanduanes National High School – Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) Program calls on all Junior High School students, parents, and guardians to support the implementation of Memorandum No. 012, s. 2026 on the Mandatory Wearing of the Prescribed School Uniform, Identification Cards, and Protocol for Visitors Entering the School Campus, effective July 20, 2026.

As members of the STE community, we are expected to exemplify discipline, responsibility, professionalism, and respect for school policies. Wearing the prescribed school uniform and official school ID not only promotes a sense of identity and pride but also strengthens campus safety and security for everyone.

Parents and guardians are likewise encouraged to help ensure that our learners come to school properly attired and with their official identification cards each day. Visitors are reminded to observe the school’s visitor protocol when entering the campus.

Together, let us continue to uphold the values of excellence, discipline, and integrity that define the CNHS-STE Program.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL INCOMING GRADE 7 STE QUALIFIERS

Please be informed that some qualified incoming Grade 7 students for the Science, Technology and Engineering (STE) Program were not able to enroll on May 4, 2026.

Parents or guardians of concerned qualifiers are hereby requested to immediately confirm if they still intend to enroll in the STE Program. Otherwise, the allotted slots will be given to qualified applicants currently included in the waitlist.

Kindly send your confirmation through this page as soon as possible.

ERRATUM:
An error was found in the STE results, where the scores for the interview and portfolio were incorrectly swapped between Tan, Micah Louise T. and another applicant (who did not attend the interview). After correcting the scores, Tan now qualifies for the program. We apologize for this unintentional mistake and any inconvenience caused.

Confirmation of Slot

To formally secure your admission, please complete the following:
1. Confirmation Procedure
Applicants or their parents/guardians must confirm the student’s slot by posting a comment on this thread using the format:
SLOT CONFIRMED FOR: (Student’s Full Name) – (Elementary School)
2. Deadline of Confirmation
April 20, 2026
3. Important Notice on Slot Allocation
Failure to confirm on or before the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the slot. Vacant slots will be offered to qualified applicants on the waiting list.
Ensure timely confirmation to secure your place in the program.
4. Waitlisted Applicants
Waitlisted candidates remain eligible for admission should slots become available. The STE Program Head will directly coordinate with you in such cases.

✨ The search for the next STE scholars begins.
Catanduanes National High School proudly introduces the Selection Panel for the Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) Program for SY 2026–2027.
These dedicated educators will conduct the interviews of qualified applicants who successfully passed the STE Admission Test, review their portfolios, and verify their academic records (Form 9) as part of the final screening process. Interviews will be held on April 6-8, 2026.
Together, they help ensure that the STE Program continues to nurture future scientists, innovators, and leaders of Catanduanes. 🔬✨
