YOUR BRAIN ISN'T COMPILING? ๐ค๐ง
Ever stared at your code for 30 minutes ๐ป, only to realize the problem was just one missing semicolon?
Now imagine doing the same thing while running on three hours of sleep ๐ฅฑ , back-to-back classes, unfinished activities, and a deadline getting closer by the minute ๐ฑ.
Yeah. Your brain isnโt compiling. ๐คฏ
Weโre used to debugging errors, fixing broken code, and making things work. But sometimes, we forget that our own minds need attention, too. When stress piles up, even the simplest task can feel like a program filled with errors. ๐ซจ๐ฉ
This Mental Health Month, we are reminded that every emotion tells a story. Happiness ๐, sadness ๐ญ, anger ๐ก, fear ๐จ, anxiety ๐ตโ๐ซ, and even moments of uncertainty are all part of being human. We do not always have to understand everything we feel right away. Sometimes, acknowledging what we feel is already a step toward feeling better. ๐งโจ
Itโs okay to pause. Itโs okay to step away from the screen. Itโs okay to rest instead of forcing yourself to finish one more line of code. Taking a break doesnโt mean youโre lazyโit means youโre taking care of yourself. ๐โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
This Mental Health Month, letโs practice Know. Choose. Thrive.๐คโจ
Know what your mind and body are telling you.
Choose what helps you stay healthy, safe, and balanced.
Thrive by giving yourself the time, support, and space you need to grow.
Before you push yourself to the limit, check your system first โ
. Low battery? โกRecharge. Too much stress? โ๐Take a pause. Feeling overwhelmed? ๐ฅ๐Talk to someone. Canโt figure it out? ๐ฃ๏ธAsk for help.
You donโt have to keep running until your system crashes.
Know. Choose. Thrive. ๐ Make informed choices for a healthier and safer futureโone pause, one decision, and one day at a time.
Because youโre a student, not a computer. Your brain wasnโt designed to run 24/7.
