💜✨ Carahigh Student-Leaders for Girls’ Rights!

Today, selected student-leaders of Cararayan National High School participated in the Sine Niña Girls’ Rights Workshop Through Film and Music.

It was a meaningful day of learning, reflection, self-expression, and fun as our young leaders explored girls’ rights and the importance of knowing their worth, using their voices, respecting one another, and creating safe spaces where every girl can be heard and valued.💜

They also enjoyed and were inspired by dwta 🎶✨

A day that reminded us: every girl has rights, every voice matters, and every story deserves to be heard.💜

A heartfelt thank you to Sony Music Philippines, SPARK Philippines, Naga City Government and Naga City Youth Development Office for creating this meaningful space for young people to learn, connect, and speak up. 🙏

Creating safe spaces for learning, conversations, and growth.🌟

The CARA HIGH CARE Center, in collaboration with the City Population and Nutrition Office (CPNO), brought the U4U Teen Trail to our Grade 7–9 SPA learners.

The activity featured interactive sessions on life skills, sexuality, relationships, decision-making, and stress management, giving our learners meaningful opportunities to learn and engage with topics relevant to their journey through adolescence.

A special thank you to our CaraHigh GIYA Club and Cararayan NHS SSLG peer facilitatorsfor helping make the activity interactive, welcoming, and youth-friendly. And to CPNO, thank you for your valuable partnership and continued support for our young people. 🌱

Together, we help our youth learn, grow, and make informed choices.

SCHOLARSHIP UPDATE 🔔

Grade 12 students enrolled in pilot schools implementing the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Curriculum may apply for the 2027 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship, provided they meet the program’s other eligibility requirements.

For students under the Strengthened SHS Curriculum, Form E5 must be accomplished and uploaded together with the other required documents through the official 2027 Undergraduate Scholarships portal.

Students who already completed or submitted their applications using Form E1 or Form E2 do not need to resubmit. Their previous applications remain valid and will still be processed and evaluated.

Applications remain open until September 17, 2026, while the nationwide qualifying examination is scheduled for November 14 and 15, 2026. Applicants are encouraged to complete their requirements early and carefully check the official eligibility and documentary requirements before submission.

The clarification gives Grade 12 learners in SSHS pilot schools a clear pathway to apply for one of the country’s major science and technology scholarship programs as they prepare for college.

Eligibility to apply does not automatically mean qualification for the scholarship; applicants must still satisfy the complete DOST-SEI requirements and undergo the selection process.

A Dance for Kindness. A Stand Against Bullying.
The CARA HIGH CARE Center proudly shares the “Ako’y Mabuti, Pass Tayo sa BULLY!” Dance Challenge, a meaningful advocacy activity under Project KALINGA – Promoting Child Protection, Positive Discipline, and Safe Learning Environments. 🫶
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Guild of Inclusive Youth Advocates (GIYA) and the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) for leading this initiative, and to the different clubs and organizations of Carahigh who enthusiastically joined and shared their talents and support for this important advocacy. 💛👏
Every step, every move, and every message sends a powerful reminder:
