✨ CARAHIGH PARENTS' ORIENTATION for SY 2026-2027✨
Two meaningful days of partnership, learning, and commitment for the success and well-being of every CaraHigh learner! 💙💛

Cararayan National High School successfully conducted its 2-Day Parents' Orientation, bringing together parents and stakeholders to strengthen our shared responsibility in nurturing safe, disciplined, and empowered students.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our School Principal for discussing the latest developments, programs, policies, and updates from the Department of Education, helping parents stay informed about the new directions and initiatives in education.

We also thank our School Counselors for presenting the functions and services of the CaraHigh Care Center, the School-Based Child Protection and Anti-Bullying Policy, the Student Code of Conduct, and the roles of the Discipline Office in ensuring a safe, supportive, and learner-centered school environment.

As we begin another school year, may this orientation serve as a reminder that education is a shared mission. Together, as parents, teachers, and school leaders, we can guide our learners to become responsible, resilient, and successful individuals.

The transformation of the traditional perception of the school Guidance Office into a more learner-centered and supportive CARE CENTER.

Through a humorous yet meaningful comparison of the past and present the images emphasizes the evolving role of school-based guidance and counseling services in promoting mental health, well-being, and positive student development.

The message “More CARE, Less SCARE” symbolizes the shift from a culture of fear to a culture of compassion. It highlights that the CARE CENTER is a place where learners are valued, heard, respected, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally.

The acronym CARE further reinforces the center's core values:

C – Connect: Building meaningful relationships and ensuring every learner feels heard.
A – Accept: Creating an inclusive environment where students feel welcomed and understood.
R – Respect: Honoring the dignity, individuality, and experiences of every learner.
E – Empower: Equipping students with the skills, confidence, and support needed to overcome challenges and achieve success.

In RA 12080 we must encourages students, parents, and school personnel to view the CARE CENTER not as a place of punishment, but as a trusted partner in every learner’s journey toward resilience, growth, and success.
