📢 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘-𝗧𝗢-𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 056, Series of 2026, issued by Municipal Mayor Henry D. Tumlos, afternoon face-to-face classes and physical reporting for teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Pontevedra, Capiz are suspended tomorrow, October 5, 2026 (Monday), starting at 12:00 noon.

The suspension is in observance of National Teachers’ Day and World Teachers’ Day, in recognition of the dedication, service, and invaluable contributions of our educators.

The DICT Region VI – ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB), through the DICT Capiz Provincial Field Office in partnership with Capiz State University (CapSU) - Pontevedra invites interested applicants to join the 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The SPARK Program is a flagship initiative of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) that aims to enhance employability by upskilling and reskilling Filipinos through ICT technical training. Through this training, participants will gain emerging digital competencies and opportunities in freelancing, remote work, and digital entrepreneurship.

📍 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: DICT Capiz Provincial Field Office, Poblacion (Elizalde), President Roxas, Capiz
📅 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲:
• Day 0 (Orientation): September 14, 2026
• Technical Training: September 15-17, September 21-24 and September 28-30, 2026 (10 days)

🎯 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀:
Applicants from the following sectors are highly encouraged to apply and may be prioritized:
• Unemployed individuals
• Near-hires / jobseekers ready for employment
• New graduates
• Out-of-School Youth (OSY)
• Returning OFWs

📌 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Must be a resident of Capiz
• 18 years old and above
• Able to pass the English and Typing Test
• Willing to learn new skills
• Committed to complete the entire training duration
