Newly elected officers of the Tapaz West District PTA Federation formally assumed their leadership roles during the District PTA Federation Oathtaking and Turnover Ceremony held on August 7, 2026, at Roxas Farm School. Joining the ceremony were the newly elected officers of the Roxas Farm School Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), who also took their oath of office. The event marked the official transition of leadership and reinforced the crucial role of parents and stakeholders in supporting quality education and learner success.

The gathering brought together District PTA Federation officers and BOD members, Roxas Farm School PTA officers, District PTA Focal Persons from elementary and secondary schools, school heads, local government officials, IP elders, honored guests, and education stakeholders from across the Tapaz West District in a meaningful ceremony that underscored the importance of parental involvement and community partnership in education.

The program commenced with an invocation led by Pastor Arniel P. Gardose, followed by the Entrance of Colors led by the Senior Scouts of Roxas Farm School. Participants then joined in singing the Philippine National Anthem, the Capiz Hymn, and the Tapaz Hymn, setting a solemn and patriotic tone for the ceremony.

Participants were warmly welcomed by Hon. Michael Daned, Punong Barangay of Roxas, who expressed his support for initiatives that strengthen collaboration among parents, schools, and communities. This was followed by the Opening Remarks delivered by Hon. Roger C. Alati-it, PTA President of Roxas Farm School and BOD member of the District PTA Federation, who emphasized the importance of active parental involvement in advancing quality education and learner development.

Adding vibrancy to the occasion, Roxas Farm School learners performed the Farm School Jingle, a manifestation that highlighted the school's identity, shared aspirations, and strong sense of community.

Prior to the oathtaking ceremony, Dr. Jay G. Loberiza, HT-III and District PTA Focal Person, introduced the inducting officer and emphasized the significance of committed, collaborative, and service-oriented leadership among PTA officers.

The highlight of the event was the formal oathtaking of the District PTA Federation Officers, administered by Hon. Hernalyn P. Pastrana, Sangguniang Bayan Member of Tapaz. The newly elected Roxas Farm School PTA Officers likewise took their oath of office, pledging their commitment to support programs and initiatives that promote learner welfare and school improvement.

Following the oathtaking ceremony, Hon. Hernalyn P. Pastrana delivered an inspirational message, encouraging the newly inducted officers to become champions of education and advocates of stronger school-community partnerships.

He expressed gratitude for the trust bestowed upon the new set of officers and affirmed their commitment to advancing programs and initiatives that will benefit learners across the district. As part of his message, he rendered the inspirational song "Tuburan", whose lyrics resonated with the values of hope, unity, gratitude, and service. Garbosa, School Head of Roxas Farm School. Her message recognized her dedication, visionary leadership, and significant contributions to educational excellence, Indigenous Peoples Education, agricultural innovation, and community development.

Adding cultural richness to the gathering was the Binanog Dance, a traditional dance performed by the school's Indigenous Peoples (IP) Elders. Inspired by the movements of the hawk (banog), the performance celebrated the rich cultural heritage of the Panay Bukidnon community and underscored the importance of preserving indigenous traditions, values, and identity through education and community participation.
