This Eucharistic celebration is a vital cornerstone of our commitment to the integral youth formation and continuous spiritual enrichment of our learners. As our students navigate their daily studies and endeavors, we pray that the graces and wisdom received from yesterday's Mass will renew their spirits, strengthen their faith, and inspire them to grow into compassionate, Christ-centered individuals.

DAY 2 | School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) 2026

The second day of the School-Based In-Service Training at Roxas Farm School provided another enriching opportunity for teachers to deepen their professional knowledge, strengthen instructional practices, and explore innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

The day began with the Nationalistic Song, Prayer, and Zumba, fostering unity, patriotism, and wellness among participants. This was followed by the Recapitulation facilitated by Dexter L. Canja, Teacher V, who revisited key insights and learnings from the previous sessions and connected them to the day’s learning activities.

One of the featured sessions was “Effective Numeracy Strategies for ARAL Learners,” presented by Maylen G. Galagate, Teacher I. The session highlighted practical and learner-centered strategies designed to address learning gaps, strengthen foundational numeracy skills, and support the diverse learning needs of ARAL learners.

Teachers also benefited from “Microsoft 365 for Teachers,” facilitated by Jessie Rey G. Pano, Teacher V. The session showcased digital tools that can enhance classroom instruction, assessment, collaboration, and teacher productivity, encouraging educators to maximize technology in creating more engaging learning experiences.

Another significant session was “Valuing and Reimagining Teaching and Learning through Khan Academy,” delivered by Anthony G. Gimeno, Teacher II. The session introduced the potential of digital learning platforms in supporting personalized instruction, learner engagement, and accessible educational resources. Teachers gained practical insights into how Khan Academy can be integrated into teaching and learning.

The day culminated with an inspiring Challenge delivered by Jocelyn G. Garbosa, Master Teacher I, encouraging teachers to embrace continuous growth, innovation, and excellence in their profession. The challenge was warmly accepted by Rosebeth G. Singular, Teacher VI, affirming the collective commitment of the teaching personnel to apply the knowledge and skills gained from the training.

The program concluded with the Distribution of Certificates and the Commitment Song, symbolizing the teachers’ dedication to continuous professional development and their shared mission of providing quality, inclusive, and transformative education.

The Day 1 session was ably hosted by Ma’am Florebel G. Gabarayan, Special Science Teacher I, while Day 2 was skillfully hosted by Ma’am Lelyme G. Abraham. Their warm and confident facilitation helped make the two-day training engaging, organized, and meaningful for all participants.

As Roxas Farm School continues to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning and professional excellence, its educators remain steadfast in nurturing competent, resilient, innovative, and future-ready RoxFARMian learners.

Part 2: INSET 2026 | DAY 1: A Day of Learning, Collaboration, and Professional Growth

Our INSET Day 1 commenced with an inspiring Opening Program featuring the singing of the National Anthem, Prayer, Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, Regional Hymn, Capiz Hymn, and Tapaz Hymn, followed by the recital of the DepEd Quality Policy Statement. The morning was energized through a lively Zumba session participated in by all teachers.

Special inspirational words were shared by Ms. Jenelyn G. Gimoto, L&D Coordinator/Teacher III, while a warm welcome message was delivered by Mrs. Jocelyn G. Garbosa, Master Teacher I/Teacher-in-Charge, setting a positive tone for the day.

The learning sessions officially began with Ms. Ana Jane G. Belloca, Teacher III, who discussed the Three-Term School Calendar: Guidelines and Implementation, providing teachers with a deeper understanding of the new school calendar and its implications for effective school operations.

Following this, Mrs. Giertie D. Caromay, Teacher III, facilitated an informative session on "Strengthening School Security: Effective Watching, Inspection, and Access Management for a Safe Learning Environment," emphasizing the importance of ensuring the safety and protection of all learners, personnel, and stakeholders.

In the afternoon, Mr. Dexter L. Canja, Teacher V, led the discussion on "Contextualized Lesson Planning through the ILAW Framework and Learning Activity Sheet (LAS) Development using IPED and Farm School Integration." The session highlighted innovative approaches to making learning more relevant, meaningful, and responsive to the needs of learners.

The day culminated with a hands-on workshop on developing contextualized ILAW lesson plans and learning activity sheets, where teachers actively collaborated, shared ideas, exchanged best practices, and crafted instructional materials tailored to their learners' unique contexts.

Indeed, Day 1 was filled with valuable insights, meaningful discussions, and collaborative learning experiences that strengthened our commitment to delivering quality, inclusive, safe, and contextualized education for every learner.

Friday Blooming: A Sanctuary of Blossoms 🌸

A quiet masterpiece unfolds at Roxas Farm School today. Our flower garden has transformed into a true Kanlungan ng mga Bulaklak—a sacred sanctuary where fragile petals are safely sheltered and free to awaken in breathtaking color under the golden sun. It is a living canvas painted with nature’s finest brushstrokes.

In this lively paradise, golden honeybees hum sweet songs of devotion, gentle butterflies paint the air with the silent dance of their wings, and darting dragonflies hover like tiny, shimmering guardians over the sun-kissed blooms.

This breathtaking haven is a testament to the patience, dirty hands, and pure heart of our JHS Farm Manager, Sir Michel G. Artuz. With his dedicated touch and tireless spirit, he doesn't just grow plants—he nurtures a sanctuary of peace, teaching us all that beauty truly thrives where love is deeply rooted.

Thank you, Sir Michel, for giving our school a beautiful paradise where flowers, wings, and human hearts can blossom together.

🏆 KAALAMAN TEEN CENTER: Nurturing Champions, Empowering Futures

Ang bawat parangal at pagkilala na natatanggap ng Kaalaman Teen Center ay sumasalamin sa dedikasyon nitong maghubog ng mga kabataang may kaalaman, kakayahan, at mabuting pagpapahalaga. Mula sa maliliit na tagumpay hanggang sa malalaking pagkilala, pinatutunayan ng ating mga teen learners na ang sipag, disiplina, at tamang paggabay ay nagbubunga ng kahusayan.

Patuloy at patuloy na magsisilbing inspirasyon ang mga tagumpay na ito upang mas maraming kabataan ang mangarap nang mas mataas, magsikap nang mas mahusay, at maging mga kampeon sa kanilang napiling larangan. Sa Kaalaman Teen Center, hindi lamang mga lider ang nahuhubog kundi mga responsableng kabataang handang maglingkod, manguna, at magbigay ng positibong pagbabago sa komunidad.

Sa bawat hamon na nalalampasan at bawat tagumpay na nakakamit, pinatutunayan natin na ang kabataan ay may mahalagang papel sa pagbuo ng isang mas maunlad na kinabukasan. Patuloy nating itataas ang bandera ng kahusayan, pagkakaisa, at pag-asa—habang humuhubog ng mga kabataang may puso ng lider at diwa ng isang tunay na Champion.
