The CAPSU Pontevedra Supreme Student Council took part in the Provincial Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 held on August 22, 2026, at Robinsons Roxas, Roxas City, Capiz, serving as part of the Working Committee on Awards and Recognition.

Representing the council were President Jellian B. Bailingo, Vice President Patricia B. Mae Villanueva, Executive Secretary Mark John C. Biana, Senate President Michael John L. Amador, Senator Victor Manuel B. Tumlos, and Senator Ashly T. Alarcon.

Through their active participation and service, the CAPSU Pontevedra SSC continues to uphold the spirit of youth leadership, collaboration, and meaningful engagement in the community.

๐—ข๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†, we remember a man who walked toward danger when he could have chosen silence. Ninoy Aquinoโ€™s courage and sacrifice became a turning point in Philippine history. A reminder that one voice can awaken a nation. As he once said, โ€œThe Philippines is worth dying for.โ€

Years may pass, but his words continue to echo: What are we willing to stand for? Today, we honor not only the man who gave his life for his country, but the courage he left behind for every Filipino. Remember we are the people of our nation not a puppet of any politician.

Stand for what is RIGHT, fight for JUSTICE and the TRUTH and be the VOICE of our very own nation, the PHILIPPINES.

๐—œ๐—ก ๐—ฃ๐—›๐—ข๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฆ | SSC Senate President Michael John Amador represented the CAPSU Pontevedra - Supreme Student Council at the Symposium on Drug Abuse Prevention for OSY/ISY and SK Officials cm Leadership Training, held on August 15, 2026, at MVW Restaurant and Tourist Inn, Roxas Avenue, Roxas City.

The symposium provided a meaningful space for young leaders to deepen their understanding of drug abuse prevention while developing their leadership skills and commitment to community service.
