NEWS | COE Clinches National Championship in Mobile Legends at ICpEP 2025

The College of Engineering of Enverga University Candelaria emerged as the national champion in the Mobile Legends competition during the ICpEP National CpE Challenge and Student Congress 2025, held at National University Fairview on May 8-9. The event carried the theme “BYTE 2025: Building Young Tech Experts for a Smarter Future.”

The winning team, represented Region IV-A CALABARZON in the event. Earl Dominique Dela Cruz served as the team captain and mid lane player, alongside Renjosh Abanilla (EXP Lane), Cedrick Luna (Gold Lane), John Paul Kasilag (Core), Kurt Zymon Gisalan (Roamer), and Kiel Agsamosam (Multi-role). The team competed against other computer engineering students from different regions across the country.

The congress featured sessions and talks from notable speakers, such as Engr. Roman M. Richard, Dr. Cherry D. Casuat, Mr. Florante P. Sangrenes, and Dr. Elizalde Duran.

The event provided understanding regarding the emerging trends, technological innovations, and career opportunities for computer engineering students while enhancing skills in technical proficiency, fostering innovations, and strengthening industrial readiness.
