As part of our Women’s Month celebration, Candaba Elementary School conducted a Self-Care and Well-Being Seminar for Teachers—a meaningful activity dedicated to nurturing the physical, emotional, and mental wellness of our empowered educators.

Our teachers, who tirelessly give their time and energy to shape young minds, were given the opportunity to pause, reflect, and prioritize self-care. This seminar served as a gentle reminder that caring for oneself is essential in continuing to care for others.

Here’s to strong, resilient, and inspiring women in education! 🌸

Candaba Elementary School, together with our principal Ms. Joseline A. Cuellar and faculty, extends our sincere gratitude to Ms. Nadia Toniolo and her wonderful mother for their generous donation of crop top shirts to 100 of our pupils.

Today, our Grades 4 to 6 female pupils participated in an inspiring seminar entitled “BeYoutiful Inside and Out: A Self-Empowerment Seminar for Girls.” 💜

The activity aimed to promote self-confidence, self-care, and positive values among our young girls as part of the school’s Health and Wellness Program in celebration of National Women’s Month. Through meaningful discussions and engaging activities, the learners were reminded that true beauty comes not only from appearance but also from kindness, confidence, and strong character.

May this seminar inspire our young girls to believe in themselves, value their worth, and continue growing into empowered and confident individuals. 🌸✨
