You matter even if you are "only" living your ordinary little life. I know there are so many people out there who inspire and change the world; people who seem so talented and special; people who are doing something truly meaningful - people you compare yourself to, which can be so intimidating. None of this means that you are any less important or any less worthy. You do not have to change the world or do big things in order to have a right to exist. You have every right to be here, my love. The world needs people like you. Because even though you might not be living the life of the people you look up to, you still have the ability to change someone else's life in the smallest ways - with your smile, your support or your love. I hope one day you will see that there is so much power in the ordinary.

Wearing a mask to hide who you really are, what you really think, how you really feel is normal and sadly necessary sometimes. But please make sure you do not get lost in the process, my love. It is so easy to become stuck in being someone you are not - whether it is at work, with other people or even when you are alone. Always remember to check in with yourself and reassess who you are, who you want to be and reflect on what is currently going on in your life. Once a week, sit down, take a step back and be one hundred percent honest with how you are feeling - let's call it the honest hour. This will truly help you not to drift away from who you really are. Your authentic self deserves to be seen, darling. There is so much freedom in knowing who you are. I hope that one day you can be yourself, unapologetically.

Friendly reminder in case you have hit rock bottom: It can only get better from here. Life can only get easier from here. Your heart can only get lighter from here. I know right now it all feels hopeless and dark - you are allowed to feel all of that, my love. You do not have to try to stay positive, not in the middle of everything you are going through. Sometimes it is ok to fully soak up the negative emotions you're experiencing. Sometimes positivity is not the solution. So, let yourself feel - all of it. And know that from rock bottom your future can only get brighter. Stay strong, my love. You got this.đź’Ş

To all the hypersensitive souls out there: Feeling as deeply as you feel sometimes truly is a gift and a curse at once. But I want you to know that your feelings matter. You are and never will be too much. I know that you sometimes just want it all to stop, to go numb. I understand - it is a lot to carry. But you carry it with grace, my love. Your mind and emotions are a complex, colourful universe and I hope one day you won't be afraid to show it to the world.

i hope you know that you're doing the best you can, and that's enough. the effort you put into yourself, your life, your healing, that never goes unnoticed. i see you even when you feel overlooked. you are still worthy even when your battles feel too heavy to carry. i see the way you hold things together, even when you feel as if you're doing it all by yourself. when you feel like the world is on your shoulders, i hope you trust that you're never alone. i know it feels like not everyone understands you, what you deal with, or what you go through, but you're much bigger than the challenges you face. you have so much strength within you. i hope you never give up on the life that's meant for you.
