โ€ŽOn October 28, 2025, the College Red Cross Youth Councilโ€”CRCYC took part in the Day 1 Student Leaders Summit with great enthusiasm. Our esteemed University President delivers his inspirational speech in the morning session at the TAU gym, emphasizing that leaders should model honesty, humility, and compassion and that they will act on those values.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThe first speaker was then introduced by Councilor Mr. Antawn James Ramos SSC. Mr. Jethro Jimenez, former president of the SSC discussed in his lecture the things he had done and continued to accomplish as a student leader at TAU. He also highlights character and leadership values, such as: ๐™ต๐š’๐š›๐š–, ๐™ฐ๐š๐šŠ๐š™๐š๐šŠ๐š‹๐š•๐šŽ, ๐™ต๐šŽ๐šŠ๐š›๐š•๐šŽ๐šœ๐šœ, ๐šŠ๐š—๐š ๐™ด๐šš๐šž๐š’๐š๐šŠ๐š‹๐š•๐šŽ. Recognize your responsibilities as vice president. You support your fellow co-officers rather than acting as a spare tire. There should have been a more maintained organization and given others more careful thought.

According to him, the best approach to determine whether something is amiss is to see if the current situation does not align with your desired or anticipated outcome. He offers an Effective Crafting of Project and Activity Proposals, which is crucial knowledge for every organization's secretary.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽMs. Jedhsa Romelyn G. Buayan, an SSC Councilor, is the second speaker. She outlined the precise requirements to be among the Best Organizations/Councils, how they will get points, and the crucial tasks that need to be completed. This offers each organization a sense of purpose and motivates them to actively participate in all events, seminars, and activities.
