In preparation for the upcoming Commencement Exercises, the Production and Auxiliary Services (PAXS) Office announces the schedule and guidelines for the distribution and purchase of the official 𝑪𝑺𝑷𝑪 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒚.

To ensure an orderly process, please be guided by the official schedule and instructions below:

📅 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄:
● June 17 (Wednesday) - Cluster 1: GS (ME) and CEA
● June 18 (Thursday) - Cluster 2: GS (MAN and MNE) and CHS
● June 19 (Friday) - Cluster 3: GS (PhDBM and MBM) and CTHBM
● June 22 (Monday) - Cluster 4: GS (MIT) and (CAS, CCS, CTDE, & Buhi Campus)
● June 25-26 (Thu & Fri) & June 29-30 (Mon & Tue) - Academic & Admin Personnel

⏰ Service Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM ONLY
📍 Venue: PAXS Office, 2nd Floor, CITD Building

👉 Undergrad Graduates: No payment is required
👉 Grad School Graduates & CSPC Personnel: Php 950.00
👉 Mode of Payment: Cash payment only

📌 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
To maintain order, the releasing of the Salihoy will be done by section through your Class Mayors (CM) or the CM's authorized representative. Please coordinate directly with your class leaders.
