La Buena Historia: "School-Based Campus Journalism Training Workshop" - A Key to Dynamic Storytelling.
Under the advisership of Albert Mendiola, the adviser to the school publication at Buenavista National High School, "La Buena Historia," a Campus Journalism Training Workshop was conducted on-site from March 10 to March 13, 2025. This initiative aimed to enhance the journalistic skills of students and foster a deeper understanding of campus journalism practices.
The adviser, along with his colleagues Mr. Mark San Andres and Ms. Marie Grace Primavera, contributed their extensive knowledge and experience in the field of campus journalism. Furthermore, the head of Buenavista National High School, Ms. Annie B. Verchez, presented an inspirational and uplifting message to the student journalists. Additionally, Ms. Finah Nobleza offered a message of motivation and encouragement to the attendees.
The workshop comprised discussions on different types of media and exciting activities. A total of thirty-five students participated in this event, eager to learn, deepen, and enhance their skills in effective journalism.
