In view of PAGASA Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 20 with Wind Signal No. 1 still in effect over the eastern part of Camarines Sur, and in compliance with the advisories issued by the Local Government Units (LGUs), 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝. Classes in the said campuses will 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞 to ensure continuity of learning. 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦-𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. This measure is being implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, faculty, and staff.

For 𝐆𝐨𝐚, 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐜 campuses, 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰. Faculty members and non-teaching personnel will report on-site except in areas where travelling to work from their residence and vice versa is unsafe.

In compliance with the advisories issued by the Local Government Units (LGUs), on-site 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

This measure is being implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, faculty, and personnel across the University.

In line with this, faculty members may opt to work from home to continue academic engagements, while non-teaching personnel are advised to report on-site to ensure the continuity of university operations.

All personnel are encouraged to assess the safety of travel from their respective locations. Those who find travel conditions unsafe must prioritize their safety and immediately inform their immediate supervisors.

As we officially open the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, the Partido State University – College of Environmental Science and Design warmly welcomes everyone back to campus. SIAS Server Is Back Online, Temporarily Hosted in the Cloud Through the combined and unrelenting efforts of our in-house team at the ICTU and the technical support from the SIAS developer/supplier, the system is back online and TEMPORARILY hosted in the Cloud infrastructure provided by the Supplier. Data recovery is at 100%, as no data loss is observed. The list below are the new URLs:

Diagnostic tests indicate a corrupted database system possibly due to power instability and cyber security threats. We are not ruling out the possibility that we may have been hacked, for which our office continues to monitor the situation and gather data. While adjustments have been implemented, we urge everyone to remain being proactive in data security.
