CLARIFICATORY STATEMENT on the BCC 2026 Graduation Activities
Baao Community College (BCC) respectfully clarifies that the institution does not impose, prescribe, nor collect any graduation fees from students.
The school merely facilitates discussions and consultations during the General Assembly of the 2026 Graduating Class, together with the parents and guardians, to ensure transparency and proper coordination regarding graduation-related matters. Any proposed voluntary contributions initiated among members of the graduating class or by parents are purely voluntary in nature and are not sanctioned nor mandated by the school administration.
BCC maintains its position of exercising prudence and moderation in the conduct of graduation activities, with the objective of ensuring a simple yet meaningful celebration for all graduates.
In light of the prevailing socio-economic challenges, the school, with the assistance and support of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, is currently exploring possible financial assistance mechanisms to help cover incidental graduation-related expenses that may be incurred by the graduating class. This initiative is in addition to the various social support services continuously being extended to students and stakeholders.
In this regard, we respectfully encourage all concerned parties to direct their queries, concerns, and feedback directly to the school management to avoid any misappreciation or misunderstanding of facts. We likewise appeal to everyone to refrain from circulating or releasing unverified information that may mislead students, parents, guardians, and the public.
Baao Community College remains steadfast in upholding the general welfare of its students and stakeholders. With the continued support of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, the institution remains committed to delivering inclusive, compassionate, and responsive public service despite existing circumstantial limitations.
We respectfully ask for everyoneβs professionalism, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Thank you.
