REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
TO THE SISTERS OF MARY SCHOOL
1. An elementary graduate or presently enrolled in Grade VI with a general average of 80%
or above.
(Nakatapos ng elementarya o kasalukuyang nag-aaral ng Grade VI at may 80% na general
average o mataas pa.)
2. Able to present a certification from the principal, stating that he/she is a bona fide Grade
VI pupil of the school and of good moral character.
(Kung kasalukuyang nag-aaral sa Grade VI, tiyaking maipakita ang katibayan galing sa
Principal na nagsasaad na tunay na mag-aaral ng Grade VI at may good moral character.)
3. Coming from a poor family with monthly income of Php 5, 0000 or less.
(Mula sa mahirap na pamilya na mayroong Php5,000.00 buwanang kita o mas mababa pa.)
4. Have no brothers or sisters who are alumni of any of The Sisters of Mary Schools or who
are presently enrolled in the Sisters of Mary Schools.
(Walang kapatid na nakapagtapos o kasalukuyang nag-aaral sa kahit saang Sisters of Mary
School.)
5. Accompanied by one of his/her parents or guardians on the examination day.
(Sasamahan ng magulang o guardian sa araw ng pagsusulit.)
6. Present his/her original birth certificate with 1 X 1 in. ID picture on the examination day.
(Ipakita ang orihinal na kopya ng birth certificate at isang piraso ng 1 X 1 ID picture sa araw
ng pagsusulit.)
7. Present his/her certificate of indigency.
(Ipakita ang certificate of indigency)
Note: There will be additional requirements upon acceptance (to be announced after passing the
qualifying examination and interview).
