To all BCC students and graduates,

Please be informed of the following:

A. Schedule of Online Request for Transcript of Records(TOR), Certificate of Grades(COG) and other Certifications
*Monday-Thursday from 8:00am - 12:00nn

B. Schedule of Issuance of Transcript of Records(TOR), Certificate of Grades(COG) and other Certificates
*Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Note: *Online requests beyond 12:00nn will be processed and issued the following day.
*Online requests during Saturdays,Sundays and Holidays will not be entertained.

C. Other online requests that required evaluation of documents will be issued after five (5) working days.

Please be guided accordingly.
