As of 2:00 AM, November 9, 2025, the southeastern portion of Camarines Norte, including Mercedes, Basud, Daet, Talisay, and Vinzons is now under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4, based on Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No. 7 issued by PAGASA.

Expect very strong winds and intense to torrential rainfall that may cause flooding, storm surges, and landslides. Power interruptions and communication disruptions are also possible.

⚠️ If evacuation is advised or necessary in your area, evacuate immediately to the nearest designated evacuation center. Do not wait until conditions worsen.

Stay vigilant, follow official updates from PAGASA and your Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO), and keep safe, CamNorteños. 🙏
