To my dearest Grade 12 ABM โ Betelgeuse,
It feels like only yesterday when you first stepped into your Grade 11 journey, uncertain, curious, a little nervous, yet full of quiet dreams you didnโt fully understand yet. Back then, you were just starting to figure things out, new subjects, new expectations, new faces and new environment. Some of you were still adjusting, still finding your place, still asking yourselves, โKaya ko ba โto?โ And now, look at you, standing at the finish line of your Senior High School journey, stronger and wiser than the people you once were.
Your Grade 11 year was never just about learning debits and credits, or understanding business concepts. It was about discovering who you are when things get hard. It was about learning how to keep going even when you felt lost, overwhelmed, or tired. There were moments of doubt-times when lessons felt too heavy, when deadlines piled up, and when pressure seemed unbearable. May mga pagkakataon na napagod kayo, naisip niyo nang sumuko, o nagtanong kung tama pa ba ang landas na tinatahak ninyo. But despite all that, you stayed. You showed up. You tried again.
Then came your Grade 12 year, the final chapter of your Senior High School life. This was where everything became more real. The pressure grew stronger, the expectations higher, and the reality of โwhat comes nextโ slowly started to sink in. Work immersion, research, final outputs, each one demanded not just your knowledge, but your patience, your discipline, and your courage. Hindi na lang ito tungkol sa pagpasa, kundi sa pagpapatunay na handa na kayo sa susunod na yugto ng buhay ninyo.
But beyond the stress, the sleepless nights, and the countless requirements, something beautiful happened, you grew together. You laughed in between order, found comfort in one another during difficult days, and created memories that no graduation ceremony could ever fully capture. You became more than classmates, you became a support system, a family that understood each other without needing too many words.
ABM - Betelgeuse, you are not defined by your grades alone, nor by the mistakes you made along the way. You are defined by your resilience, the times you stood up after falling, the times you chose to continue despite fear, and the times you believed in yourself even when it was difficult. Hindi naging perpekto ang journey ninyo, pero naging totoo, at iyon ang mas mahalaga.
As you step beyond Senior High School, always remember: life will not always be as organized as your notes or as balanced as your financial statements. There will be uncertainties, unexpected challenges, and moments where you will feel lost again. But just like what youโve proven from Grade 11 up to Grade 12, you are capable of figuring things out. You are capable of rising above.
Donโt be afraid to take risks. Donโt be afraid to fail. At higit sa lahat, huwag kayong matakot mangarap nang mas malaki kaysa sa nakasanayan ninyo. The world outside may be tough, but so are you.
Carry with you the lessons youโve learned, not just from your subjects, but from your experiences, your friendships, and your struggles. Hold on to the memories of laughter, the late-night reviews, the shared worries, and the small victories that meant everything. These are the things that shaped you into who you are today.
This is not just the end of your Senior High School days, it is the beginning of your real journey. A journey where you will continue to grow, to fail, to succeed, and to discover who you are meant to become.
I am incredibly proud of all of you, not just for making it to graduation, but for becoming the people you are today.
Congratulations my Grade 12 ABM โ Betelgeuse.
From Grade 11 beginnings to this very moment, you made it. ๐
