The 8th Commencement Exercises & 11th Moving-Up Ceremony, held under the inspiring theme “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character,” was a truly meaningful and successful event.

Fourth Quarter Portfolio Day 🏅

Rafelito Cabañas Martinez National High School, students, teachers, and parents came together to celebrate a meaningful milestone,the recently concluded Fourth Quarter Portfolio Day. This culminating activity highlighted the learners’ outputs, reflections, and achievements across subject areas, proudly demonstrating how much they have grown throughout the school year.

More than a presentation of requirements, this last Portfolio Day became a celebration of perseverance, creativity, critical thinking, and dedication. Each portfolio told a story of progress from the first quarter to the fourth showing how students developed their skills, confidence, and love for learning.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive parents whose presence and encouragement inspired our learners to give their best. Your partnership remains a vital part of every learner’s success. To our students, congratulations on your commendable efforts and impressive presentations. Rafaelito Cabañas Martinez National High School actively participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) as part of the nationwide initiative to promote disaster awareness and preparedness. 🚨

Through the conduct of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” drill and the implementation of proper evacuation procedures, learners, teachers, and school personnel demonstrated discipline, coordination, and presence of mind during simulated earthquake scenarios. 🧎‍♂️➡️📍

This activity highlights the school’s continuous commitment to ensuring the safety and readiness of every Rafaelian, fostering a community that values preparedness, resilience, and responsibility in times of emergencies. 🛡️💚

With the theme “Synergy in Motion: Harmonizing Mind, Body & Soul,” our MAPEH Culmination highlighted the amazing talents and skills of students from different grade levels through various performances and activities in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health. 🎶🎨🏃‍♂️

The event showcased the creativity, confidence, and passion of our learners as they expressed themselves through music, art, dance, and movement—proving that when the mind, body, and soul work together, true harmony and excellence are achieved. 🎭🌟

Truly, this celebration reminded us that MAPEH is not just a subject — it is a way to develop creativity, promote wellness, and inspire students to express their full potential. 💡

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for successfully conducting the Voter Registration and Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar at Rafaelito Cabañas Martinez National High School.

This meaningful activity empowered our learners with valuable knowledge about their right to vote, the importance of civic participation, and the significance of gender equality in our society. Through this initiative, our students were given the opportunity to become more informed, responsible, and engaged citizens.
