As the TRUE ICon 2026 Talks session came to a meaningful close, ๐๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, Conference Chair and the Dean of the UE Caloocan - College of Arts and Sciences, shared her heartfelt and powerful closing remarks, reflecting on the conferenceโs journey of collaboration and shared purpose.
More than a conclusion, her words served as a call to continue the conversations and partnerships beyond the event.

Divinagracia, To the Presidents and officers of our partner institutions, distinguished speakers, UE Deans, Directors and other UE officers, presenters, and participants, Ladies and gentlemen: Good morning.
I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to the leadership that made TRUE ICON 2026 possible. We thank UE President Dr. Zosimo M. Battad and Chancellor Dr. Victor R. Macam Jr. for their trust and approval of this conference.
We are deeply honored by the support of our Co-Convenors: Soka University, Maejo University, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, the University of Kratie, INTI International College Penang, Mindanao State University โ General Santos, and the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST).
I must make a special mention of CFCST President Dr. Ali Dilangalen. We are grateful to you and your delegation of twenty members from Mindanao for your unwavering support since the earliest planning stages.
We also acknowledge the vital internal support from UE Caloocanโs College of Engineering under Dean Angelita Guia, the College of Business Administration under Dean Emeteria B. Dalisay, and the College of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design under Dean Don S. Amorsolo.

However, the true heartbeat of this conference is youโour 300 participants and the authors of nearly 100 paper submissions. You are the center of this gathering, and we are grateful for your active participation.
