Categories B (Grade 10 completers from public junior high schools except those in ALS or PEPT, belonging to poor to middle-middle) and D (Grade 10 completers who are ESC grantees) learners are required to apply directly to a Senior High School (SHS) participating in the SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP) in SY 2026-2027.

For learners under Category E (Non-ESC, Grade 10 completers from private schools), application is through the Online Voucher Application Portal (ovap.peac.org.ph).

Diliman Access Tutorials and Reviews

Hi everyone!

Please be advised of the updated schedule of face-to-face review sessions with Diliman Access Review Center at the College of St. Benedict of Novaliches, Inc. In support of the government’s call to help conserve energy and resources, sessions are moved to the following dates:

June 13 to July 25, 2026 — Every Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Face-to-Face)
June 28, 2026 — 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN (Online)

Early Access & Enrollment:
Students may still enroll through the cashier's office. Once payment is confirmed, access to the online platform will be provided, allowing students to begin their review as early as April and May.
