2. Users ignore your advice... to the point of tragedy
You've warned, repeated, insisted... but they don't listen until it's too late.

→ "Why is my PC infected?" Maybe because you clicked on that dubious link despite our warnings?

3. Technique is easy. Dealing with people is something else.
Fixing a bug is quick. Reassuring, explaining and repeating the same thing ten times is the main part of the job.

→ "My PC won't turn on!" What if we tried... plugging it in?

4. You'll be responsible for everything, even the uncontrollable
Internet failure, software bug, remote server under maintenance? It's bound to be your fault.

→ A global cloud service goes down? "Why aren't you doing anything?"

5. Technology evolves faster than the time you have to learn it
Updates, new tools, new threats... You always need to be up to date, often in a hurry.
