SDO Calbayog through the Youth Formation Unit joins the celebration of National Arts Month with the theme: " Ani ng Sining, Bunga ng Galing" . Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 683, signed in 1991, the Philippines recognizes its culture and arts in different forms with the celebration of the Annual National Arts Month every February spearheaded by the National Commission for the Culture and the Arts (NCCA). Tara lets celebrate it with joy and pride of being a Filipino!
