This Office announces the hiring of 𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 (𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚) for Information and Communications Technology Unit in the Schools Division of Calapan City. Please see attachment for qualification, duties and responsibilities, and area of assignment.

3. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture (𝘊𝘚 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮 212, 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 2017) with attach Work Experience Sheet (WES) strictly following CSC Memorandum Circular (M.C.) 4. Certificate true copy of Transcript of Records (𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞) with General Weigh Average rating and Diploma including completion of graduate and post-graduate units/ degrees, if applicable;
5. Photocopy and Authenticated Certificates of Trainings;
6. Certificate of Employment or Duly Signed Service Record;
7. Photocopy of latest appointment; and
8. Performance rating in the present position for at least one (1) year.
