Safe to Dine: Food Establishment Preparedness and Response Training
On March 31, 2026, BPSHS personnel—Mrs. Jessa Mae A. Manalo (Teacher III), Ms. Dolores Bunyi (Canteen/MESS Staff), and Ms. Julieta H. Atienza (Administrative Aide)—actively took part in the Safe-to-Dine: Food Establishment Preparedness and Response Training conducted by the City Government of Calaca through the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) held at the Calaca Central IS Gymnasium.
The training aimed to enhance the capability of school-based food establishments by providing participants with vital knowledge and hands-on skills in food safety, sanitation, and preparedness protocols. It also highlighted the crucial responsibility of school personnel in ensuring the delivery of safe, nutritious, and continuous food services during regular operations as well as emergency situations.
