𝗖𝗕𝗦𝗨𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗦: 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

This is to inform the general public that CBSUA Calabanga will not open its gates for outsiders during the 52nd Commencement Exercises on June 24, 2026, to ensure the solemnity of the celebration and to warrant the security and safety of our graduates, guests, and employees.

Those who wish to witness the celebrations may watch the Facebook livestreaming of the Baccalaureate Mass, Recognition, and Commencement Exercises available on the official page of the university and of the campus.

Graduating students shall only be allowed to bring two (2) companions during the events. Entry tickets shall be given during the last day of the graduation practice. Individuals without official tickets or passes will not be permitted into the venue. Official photographers, videographers, and make-up artists shall be given IDs.

Attendees are advised to arrive at least 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 before the scheduled processional to avoid delays, as there will be visual inspections of all bags and personal belongings at all entry points. Security personnel have the right to deny entry of attendees during the security screening if prohibited items (deadly weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, etc.) are found.
To prevent congestion, designated drop-off points will be enforced. Vehicles are requested to drop off passengers swiftly and proceed to Divine Mercy Parish and Brgy. Captain Perez’ lawn as designated parking lots. Parking inside the campus for university employees shall be on a 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀. Some parking spaces shall be reserved for VIPs and special guests.

Attendees are advised to report any suspicious activity, unattended packages, or medical emergencies immediately to the nearest police-on-duty, security personnel, ushers, or faculty members.
Let us work together to keep the focus of this milestone strictly on student celebrations.

Pursuant to Article XIII, the presidential candidate must obtain fifty plus one percent (50% + 1) of the total votes cast to be considered duly elected.

The Meeting de Avance will take place in the morning, while the voting proper will be conducted in the afternoon.
Pursuant to Article XIII, the presidential candidate must obtain fifty plus one percent (50% + 1) of the total votes cast to be considered duly elected.

If the candidate does not meet this requirement, COMSELEC shall conduct a special election on the following day, May 21, 2026. In this special election, the class officers of each class per department together with the three umbrella organizations will be the ones to nominate a candidate and cast their votes.
