It was my first IELTS class with him, and I could feel the pressure he was carrying.
He said he has so many problems…
and for a second, I almost said “me too” 😭😂
But instead, I reminded him,
life will always have challenges.
We just don’t face them all at once.
One step at a time is enough.

Second session with Emma 💛 (a small part of our lesson)

Our focus was vocabulary, and before time ran out, I did a quick check of her retention through a simple word game (Complete the words). It was a joy to see her recognize and attempt to spell the word on her own.

I always start with encouragement, then gently guide corrections to keep her confidence growing.

A small moment, but such a big teacher win, seeing her remember, try, and learn with joy. 🌱✨
