💡 HOW TO APPLY

1️⃣ Pre-Registration
Fill out the Peer Facilitators’ pre-registration form:

2️⃣ Interview
Interview will be conducted on September 22-24, 2026, at a time convenient to you.

3️⃣ Interview Result
Results will be sent through your phone number (make sure to put an active phone number)

4️⃣ Orientation & training
Successful applicants will be invited to the Peer Facilitators’ Orientation & training Program in October 2026

🕗 Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🕐 Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📌 Important Reminders:
The exam will be conducted ON-SITE
First come, first served basis
Examination will continue until quota per program is reached.
To those who registered online you can immediately come to the campus and take the exam.
Applicants are advised to arrive early to secure their slot.
