RESCHEDULING THE MARCH 2023 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS FROM MARCH 26, 2023 TO MARCH 19, 2023 AND SETTING THE DEADLINE OF FILING OF APPLICATIONS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) has been rescheduled from March 26, 2023 to March 19, 2023 and the deadline for the filing of applications for the March 2023 LEPT is on February 6, 2023.

TO OUR DEAR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN CSU-GONZAGA, THESE ARE THE ACTIVITIES IN THE CAMPUS THIS WEEK.

The first day of class shall begin on September 5, 2022 (Monday). Those who have face-to-face classes shall come to school and attend the flag ceremony at 7 in the morning in front of the Administration Building. Those who are scheduled to have their classes online shall not come to school anymore.

On September 6, 2022 (Tuesday), ALL STUDENTS shall attend the Orientation Program at 8 in the morning at the Campus Gymnasium. In the afternoon, only first year students, transferees and shifters shall attend the second part. The rest shall proceed to their respective classes.

On September 7, 2022 (Wednesday), the Campus Student Council has prepared surprise activities for all students. Updates shall be given during the Orientation program.

On September 8-9, 2022, classes in face-to-face and online shall resume.

Visit your respective College page for the schedule of classes and further instructions to be given by your deans.

The College of Teacher Education will have the interview and enrollment of new students/freshmen/transferees starting July 25, 2022.

The following documents will be required:
1. CSU College Admission Test (CAT) Result* (3 copies)
2. Accomplished Student Profile** with 2x2 ID Picture (2 original copies)
3. Additional 2x2 ID Picture (2 copies)
4. Grade 12/SHS Card (Form 138)*** (1 original and 2 photocopies)
5. PSA Birth Certificate (3 photocopies)
6. Certificate of Good Moral (1 original and 2 photocopies)
7. Vaccination Card (2 photocopies)
8. Proof of Income (BIR ITR/Indigency/4Ps/etc.) (1 original and 2 photocopies)
Place these documents in 2 long brown envelopes with your full name (last name, given name, middle initial) written at the back of the envelope.

*Priority will be given to those coming from the 80 percentile and above.

***Certification of grades will not be accepted.

As an overview of the enrollment process for incoming first-year students, be guided with the following steps:
1. Proceed to the college and department of the program applied for.
2. Present the required documents to the enrolling faculty for evaluation.
3. Attend the interview if necessary and wait for the results of the program.
4. Once enlisted, submit the necessary documents to the college for advising.
5. Proceed to the Registrar's Office and follow the other steps of enrollment.
6. Once officially enrolled, submit a photocopy of the assessment form to the college.
