KLASE SA LAHAT NG ANTAS SA CAGAYAN, SUSPENDIDO SA LUNES, OKTUBRE-29 BILANG PAGHAHANDA SA PAGTAMA NG BAGYONG "ROSITA"!

Suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas (pre-school to graduate) mapa-publiko o pribado sa Araw ng Lunes, Oktubre-29, bilang pre-emptive measure para sa inaasahang pagtama ng bagyong "Rosita" sa lalawigan.

Ito ang ipinag-uutos ngayon ni Gov. Manuel Mamba upang mailayo sa peligro ang mga estudyante at nang hindi na rin bumiyahe ang mga ito pabalik ng Tuguegarao o kung saan sila nagsisipag-aral.

Ang desisyon na ito ng ama ng lalawigan ay batay na rin sa rekomendasyon ng Provincial Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office o PCCDRRO.

Batay sa Severe Weather Bulletin #1 ng inilabas ng PAGASA-DOST ay pumasok na sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang nasabing bagyo ngayong umaga ng Sabado, Oktubre-27.

Huling namataan ang mata ng bagyo kaninang 10:00AM sa layong 1, 345 km Silangan ng Aparri,Cagayan taglay ang lakas ng hangin na 200 km/h malapit sa gitna at bugsong papalo ng 245 km/h.

Kumikilos ito pa-Kanluran sa bilis na 20 km/h at tinatayang magla-landfall sa pagitan ng Cagayan at Isabela sa Martes, Oktubre-30.

Kaugnay nito ay pupulungin ni Gob. Mamba ang mga miyembro ng Provincial Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (PCCDRRMC) bukas, Linggo, Oktubre-28 na gaganapin sa Kapitolyo sa oras na 10:00AM para sa ibayo pang preparasyon.
