Pinangunahan ng Philippine Embassy in Iraq ang pagsasalin ng 'Noli Me Tangere' ni Jose Rizal sa Arabic bilang paggunita sa ika-50 anibersaryo ng ugnayang diplomatiko ng Pilipinas at Iraq.

Ito ang kauna-unahang Arabic translation ng nobela at inaasahang magiging available ang mga kopya sa susunod na taon.

In the quiet corners of 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, laughter bloomed like sunflowers reaching for the morning light. For one radiant day, the children who often carry the weight of life’s uncertainties were given wings—wings made of play, kindness, and the promise of education.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 was more than an outreach. It was a harmonious expression of compassion, thoughtfully organized by the 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥.

And when hunger whispered, warm meals silenced it. When dreams seemed distant, toys and school supplies became bridges—tools that assured them that 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙛𝙚𝙬, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙣𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚.

Behind this picture of giving stood the 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 of Baua NHS, proving that 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙗𝙮 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮. It was proof that when hands unite, even the smallest gestures can ripple into waves of change.

Today, November 30, 2025 marks the 162nd birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio who claimed to be the Father of the Philippine Revolution and founder of the Katipunan.

Bonifacio’s belief in armed struggle and his ability to unite the Filipinos were key to fight for independence.

Once again, Bauanians were truly remarkble as they stepped in the Municipal Festival of Talents 2025 for Speak Up and Pop Quiz held at Cabiraoan National High School on November 19, 2025.

Jake Jornel Cano bagged the first place in the Pop Quiz, while Zchem Corpuz, a grade 11 student showcased his reasoning skills in his Impromptu speech where he discussed about cultural sensitivity and accountability.

Baua NHS wins in the 2025 Municipal Festival of Talents Pop Quiz

Jake Jornel Cano, a Grade 10-Amethyst student of Baua National High School emerged victorious in the Municipal Eliminations for Population and Development Quiz Bee held at Cabiraoan National High School on November 19, 2025 with his coach, Mrs. Baby Jane Catulin. Among the seven competing schools, he will represent the Municipality of Gonzaga in the upcoming Congressional District Festival of Talents Pop Quiz.

With your passion, diligence and unwavering excellence, we are rooting for your success on the next level of the competition. Congratulations, Jake! 💛

The Social Science Club initiated the 2025 PopDev Quiz Bee Eliminations at Baua National High School on November 17, 2025. The said event was participated by the Junior High School students and it challenged their knowledge on Population and Development trivia, information and real-world applications.

To conclude the quiz bee event, the results were tallied— Yhassie Elizabeth Bote of the Grade 7 department was announced as the 3rd placer, Alfard Jasper Magno of the Grade 10 department as 2nd place, and Jake Jornel Cano of Grade 10 was proclaimed as the winner. Hence, Cano will represent Baua National High School in the Municipal Eliminations for PopDev Quiz Bee on November 19, 2025.

Other participants were Yllemar Jachin Langgaman of Grade 7, Earl Thyron Dwayne Gallardo and Jhulie Tablac of Grade 8, Jairah Keziah Duntugan and Kairee Venix Geron of Grade 9 🤝
