-Mga batang limang taong gulang na o maglilimang taon hanggang sa August 31,2025
-Accomplished Modified Basic Educational Enrollment Form (Ang kopya ng Enrollment Form ay maaaring hingin sa paaralan).
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Grade 1 Requirements
- Accomplished Modified Basic Educational Enrollment Form (Ang kopya ng Enrollment Form ay maaaring hingin sa paaralan).
- Certificate of Completion
- PSA Birth Certificate ( Photocopy )

Balik-Aral/ Transferees
-Accomplished Modified Basic Educational Enrollment Form (Ang kopya ng Enrollment Form ay maaaring hingin sa paaralan).
- Report Card ( SF9 )

Isumite ang mga nabanggit na dokumento sa mga g**o na itinalaga ng paaralan para sa nasabing gawain.

Magkita-kita tayo sa mga nabanggit na araw. Ngayon pa lamang, binabati namin kayo ng maligayang pagdating sa Villa-Rey Elementary School.
