Bical ES Conducts Orientation for Parents

Bical Elementary School successfully conducted a Parents’ Orientation on June 8, 2026, at the school gymnasium, attended by parents from all grade levels.

The activity aimed to inform parents about important school policies and programs for the school year 2026-2027. Ma’am Elena C. Columna, Principal I, presented the Policy Guidelines on the Three-Term School Calendar. Meanwhile, Ma’am Mylyne M. Pascual, Teacher III, discussed the Policy Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies.

Furthermore, Ma’am Michelle Grace C. Fernando, Teacher III, explained the Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, Awards, and Recognition for the K to 12 Education Program. Ma’am Elaine C. Pascua, Teacher III, also presented the Policies on Foods Brought and Sold in the School.

The orientation provided parents with valuable information and strengthened the partnership between the school and the community in supporting learners’ education and well-being. The activity was a success through the cooperation of the parents, teachers, and school personnel, and above all, through the guidance, wisdom, and blessings of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!

Bical Elementary School officially opens School Year 2026–2027 with joy, excitement, and renewed commitment to learning.

Led by Ma’am Elena C. Columna, Principal I, the school warmly welcomed more than 200 learners as classes officially commenced, marking the beginning of another year filled with opportunities for growth, discovery, and success. The opening of classes was made even more meaningful through the support and cooperation of parents, teachers, stakeholders, and the entire school community.

As we embark on this new academic journey, may we continue to work hand in hand in providing quality education and nurturing learners to become responsible, resilient, and lifelong learners.

ARAL Program: Inspiring Growth, Achieving Success

The ARAL Program successfully concluded with a Closing Program held at Bical Elementary School on June 2, 2026.

Through the dedication and hard work of the ARAL tutors, Ma’am Sheila Elena C. Calumag and Ma’am Marilu C. Olivas, the learners gained additional knowledge and improved their learning skills throughout the program.

The successful implementation of the program was made possible through the support of Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Anabel A. Corpuz, the continuous guidance of School Principal I Ma’am Elena C. Columna, and the blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The school extends its gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the ARAL Program.

Working Together for a Better School: Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kicks Off

Bical Elementary School successfully conducted its 2026 Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Program on June 1, 2026, at the school gymnasium. The activity marked the start of the school’s preparation for the opening of classes through the cooperation of teachers, parents, barangay officials, stakeholders, and community members.

The program began with a welcome message from Ma’am Elma C. Fortozo, Master Teacher I. Ma’am Mylyne M. Pascual then presented the objectives and significance of Brigada Eskwela, emphasizing the importance of community participation.

The program was initiated by Ma’am Elena C. Columna, Principal I, together with Ms. Elvira C. Cordero, School Brigada Eskwela Coordinator. Inspirational messages were also delivered by Barangay Kagawad Basilio Bacuyag and Barangay Captain Conrado C. Columna, who expressed their support for the school’s programs and activities.

The successful conduct of the activity reflected the strong partnership among the school and its stakeholders. Above all, the program was made successful through the guidance and blessings of the Lord Jesus Christ.
