Guided by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), and in collaboration with the 𝗧𝗦𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, the planning session focused on aligning Institutional Goals, Strengthening and Developing existing and new TVET Training programs, and identifying Strategic Directions to ensure a more relevant and effective implementation of TESDA qualifications and learner-centered initiatives for the upcoming quarter.

Through collaborative planning and shared commitment, TSTI continues to enhance the quality of its programs as well as community initiatives and empower learners with relevant skills for employment and lifelong success.
Together, we plan with purpose, lead with excellence, and build a stronger future for quality technical education.

The 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗼, together with its Higher Education Institution (HEI) students and Technical Skills and Technology Institute (TSTI) trainees, actively participated in the 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗣𝗥 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 conducted by the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 under the 𝗖𝗣𝗥 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.

The activity equipped participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in performing Hands-Only CPR, strengthening their readiness to respond effectively during cardiac emergencies and promoting a culture of preparedness and life-saving awareness within the community.

The CCCDO-TSTI extends its sincere appreciation to the City Health Office for facilitating this meaningful initiative and for its continued commitment to promoting emergency preparedness and empowering individuals with life-saving skills.

𝐔𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES ON AUGUST 5, 2026

To ensure the safety and well-being of the entire College community, all classes and trainings across all levels will shift to asynchronous/distance learning on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Students and trainees are advised to coordinate with their respective instructors and trainers for their learning activities.

This measure is being implemented following a reported online threat concerning the safety of students on campus. The College is taking the matter seriously and is coordinating with the appropriate authorities while necessary safety and security measures are being undertaken.

On August 3, 2026, the City College of Cagayan de Oro – Technical Skills and Technology Institute (CCCdO–TSTI) joined the Barangay Session in Barangay Balubal to introduce the institution and present the proposed implementation of Housekeeping NC II under the Mobile Training Program (MTP).

During the discussion, Barangay Balubal identified its ALS learners as the priority participants for the training. Through this partnership, CCCdO–TSTI remains committed to bringing quality, competency-based skills training closer to the community and creating more opportunities for learners.
