The UNITASS Council is the principal governing body of the College of Arts and Sciences of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. Its officers represent the college in all university bodies and other organizations which directly affects the Arts and Sciences students, both within and outside campus. ts members and officers that assists and supports their academic, social and physical development in upholding and promoting active student participation and democratic representation. It thereby, advocates student empowerment and is, in principle, pro-God, pro-country, pro-people and pro-student.
