📘✨ HISTORIC MILESTONE FOR BULUA NHS ✨📘

Bulua National High School proudly launches the maiden issue of the Journal of Disaster Readiness, Climate Action, and STEM Education (Vol. 1, Nos. 1 & 2)—the first-ever DepEd student research journal in the Division of Cagayan de Oro City dedicated to DRRM, climate change adaptation, and STEM education.

Featuring 14 student-led research articles, this journal reflects a growing culture of evidence-based practice in the Senior High School program, where science informs school safety protocols, climate resilience, and institutional governance.

This landmark initiative was made possible through the strong leadership of School Principal Mapangcat U. Mama, Jr. and the tireless editorial work of Editor-in-Chief Mark John T. Gabule—setting a model for research-driven school leadership.

📌 The journal will be officially launched during Brigada Eskwela in the last week of May 2026, with free copies distributed to STEM students of the Class of 2026.

📌 One featured study will be presented at an international environmental science conference, highlighting student climate action using the Earth Hero app.

📌 The journal is also set for ISSN registration with the National Library of the Philippines.

🌟 BNHS 9th Senior High School Graduation Ceremony 2026 🌟
📍 Xavier University Gym | March 28, 2026

Yesterday’s celebration was a powerful reminder of what community, perseverance, and family truly mean. The 9th Graduation Ceremony of Bulua National High School – Senior High School was an unforgettable milestone, graced by our dedicated school administration, honored DepEd leaders, and our esteemed Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Marife A. Ramos, who served as the Confirming Officer and delivered a heartfelt message on behalf of the DepEd Secretary.

One of the most touching highlights of the event was when parents and guardians took the stage to bow alongside their graduates — a symbolic gesture honoring every parent’s unwavering support, sacrifices, and love throughout their child’s academic journey. ❤️

Our graduates proudly marched in their blue toga and caps, with their achievements showcased on the large LED screen that lit up the gym — featuring their awards, honors, and portrait photos for all to see. 🎓✨

Truly, it was a well-presented and meaningful ceremony that celebrated not just academic success, but the spirit of partnership between home and school.

Congratulations, BNHS SHS Class of 2026! 💙
