Staying relevant within a changing environment pushes teachers to go beyond their known self.

E-kwento project provides a capacity-building for teachers in which they are expected to develop their own e-learning instructional materials as an alternative mode of delivery, to improve their performance, and enhance their ability to function and continue working for learners.

“The main tenet of design thinking is empathy for the people you’re trying to design for. Leadership is exactly the same thing – building empathy for the people that you’re entrusted to help.” -David Kelley

The incoming school year is different for the teachers and for the learners. The design thinking session help teachers identifying the creative and effective ways of reaching their learners even in the faces of ambiguity.
