The Department of the Interior and Local Government – Negros Island Region proudly commends Cadiz City for achieving a HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL rating in the Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit for CY 2025.

This recognition reflects the city’s strong commitment to effective governance, community safety, and sustained efforts in the fight against illegal drugs.

Kudos to the CADAC members, partner agencies, barangays, and all stakeholders whose dedication made this achievement possible.

If you served as an SK official (elected or appointed) and completed your full 3-year term, you’re now entitled to Civil Service Eligibility under CSC Resolution No. 2500752!

Through the Sangguniang Kabataan Official Eligibility (SKOE), the CSC recognizes the youth’s vital role in nation-building and opens doors for them to pursue careers in government.

Celebrating Youth Excellence!

In a proud moment for Cadiz City, youth leaders gather at Negros Residences, Bacolod City for the 2025 SK Awards and PYDC Recognition.

The SK Chairperson of Barangay Magsaysay (Hon. Vincent Flores), the SK Chairperson of Barangay Banquerohan (Hon. Arnil Justo), the SK Chairperson of Barangay Tiglawigan (Hon. Jonessa Martinez), the SK Chairperson of Barangay Tinampaan (Hon. Ramoneth Garcia), and the SK Chairperson of Barangay Zone 6 (Hon. Reynaldo Loyd Bumagat) are present at the 2025 SK Awards and PYDC Recognition with the theme “Youth Excellence: Inspiring Leadership, Lasting Impact.”
