MANDATUM ORDO JURIS
"A Mandate Under the Order of Law"

Pursuant to the First Mandate and Declaration (Mandatum Ordo Juris) issued by the Office of the National President of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles), Inc., Eagle Mitchell V. Verdeflor, as the duly elected and incumbent National President, declared Mr. Leonardo "Tom" Bituin Jr. Persona Non Grata and permanently barred him from any participation, representation, or involvement in the affairs, activities, or events of the organization.

The Mandate further declares that all acts by Mr. Leonardo Tom Bituin Jr. purporting to organize, induct, or engage members in the name of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles), Inc. are ILLEGAL, null and void ab initio, and without effect.

Furthermore, the Mandate expressly provides:

"Any person aiding, abetting, or recognizing Mr. Leonardo Tom Bituin Jr.'s unauthorized acts violates this Mandate and is liable to disciplinary and legal action."

The Office of the National President reminds all members, officers, chapters, and affiliates to be guided by the First Mandate and Declaration (Mandatum Ordo Juris) and to ensure that all organizational affairs are conducted only through duly recognized and lawfully authorized corporate processes in accordance with the organization's Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Magna Carta, and governing rules.

The Presidential Communications Office is pleased to announce that another batch of official Membership IDs has been successfully printed and is now ready for distribution.

Each Membership ID represents more than just identification—it is a symbol of commitment, accountability, and pride in belonging to The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles), Inc.

We encourage all Regions and Club Officers to coordinate with their respective members for the orderly release and distribution of these Membership IDs.

For members who have not yet submitted their membership renewals, we encourage you to coordinate with your respective Club Membership Committee Chairman, Club Secretary, Regional Secretary, or Regional Treasurer to facilitate the processing of your renewal. Timely renewal ensures that your records remain updated and that your official Membership ID can be processed accordingly.

This milestone reflects our continuing commitment, under the leadership of National President Eagle Mitchell V. Verdeflor, to strengthen our organizational systems and ensure that every qualified member receives an official Membership ID.
