From Student Leader to Professional

Meet 𝑷𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒐 “𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒅𝒚” 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒂 𝑰𝑰𝑰, former SSC President (SY 2022–2023) and Bachelor of Science in Criminology graduate of Manuel V. Gallego Foundation Colleges, Inc. Today, he serves as a Patrolman in the Philippine National Police (PNP).

His journey reflects the lasting impact of student leadership and his experience as an Advanced ROTC Officer. Through these experiences, he developed the values of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, courage, and commitment—principles he now carries with him in serving others.

His story reminds us that leadership does not end with graduation. The values we develop as student leaders can become the foundation for the professionals and public servants we aspire to become.

Tonight, the Supreme Student Council, together with the officers of our recognized student organizations, will formally take part in the Induction of Student Organization Officers and Pledge of Commitment for Academic Year 2026–2027.

As they accept the responsibilities entrusted to them, may they lead with integrity, purpose, compassion, and the true spirit of a Gallegan—not only within the institution, but also in the community and society they serve. 💚
