We’ve started growing Azolla—an eco-friendly plant that works well as fertilizer and animal feed. We also harvested fresh sweet potato tops (Talbos ng Kamote), a healthy and easy-to-grow vegetable. These small steps show how meaningful and practical it is to grow our own food and use what’s available around us.

Life rarely unfolds in grand, sweeping gestures. It's the accumulation of small, consistent choices that truly shapes our journey. Like tiny ripples spreading outward, each seemingly insignificant act adds up to a profound impact. Consistent effort in the little things paves the way for remarkable achievements.

Reflecting on our recent Rural Farm School monitoring, we we’re inspired to reinforce our commitment to cultivate not only harvests, but sustainable futures for our learners. Our deepest gratitude goes to our beloved SGOD team led by SGOD Chief, Dr. Wilfredo R. Sison together with the SGOD EPS, Dr. Leonora C. De Jesus and SEPS Ma'am Cyrille Therese M***a for the technical assistance and suggestions to nurture growth in every aspect of our Rural Farm School.

Also, special thanks to Ms. Irma L. Cecilio, President/ Chair of Angat Nueva Ecija NGO for the inputs on the improvement of our farm school.
