With years of unwavering and selfless service in handling two offices—OSLD and USG—a heartfelt gratitude is given to Sir Leonard John V. Carrillo! Both offices are happy to be under your guidance and supervision, especially because of the legacy that you have built—proving that youthful wisdom can also create impact.

The offices and the people you worked with are hoping that you will continue to shine in your own whimsical way.

The Office of the Student Leadership and Development (OSLD) and the University Student Government (USG) conducted a formal turnover of plans, recommended activities, and key administrative documents to ensure the continuity of student leadership programs and governance initiatives. The activity served as an opportunity to present priority programs for 2026, align leadership initiatives with institutional directions, and transfer essential records that will guide the operations of both offices moving forward.
