The ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ ๐๐ผ ๐ข๐ป๐ฒ: ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ was successfully conducted on ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐ต, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, at the ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ ๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐บ, ๐๐ฆ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐, in partnership with DOST Caraga and the CSUCC i-DRIVE Student Organization. This pioneering activity of CSUCC gathered selected CSUCC student-innovators for a meaningful day of learning, ideation, and startup development, reinforcing the universityโs commitment to building a stronger culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Anchored on the concept of โ๐๐๐ง๐ค ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐ฃ๐,โ the bootcamp emphasized that real innovation begins when ideas are transformed into something new, useful, and impactful. More than a training activity, it served as a platform for students to move from imagination to actionโdeveloping startup concepts that are viable, scalable, and responsive to real-world needs. It also marked an important step in onboarding student-innovators into the CSUCC Technology Business Incubator ecosystem and preparing them for future pitching and incubation opportunities, including the Pagsanyog 2026 pitching competition.
The program began with the messages that highlighted the value of student-led innovation. ๐๐ฟ. ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ, ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐ณ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐๐๐, delivered the Welcome Remarks, underscoring the importance of creating spaces where student ideas can grow into meaningful solutions. ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐ฎ ๐. ๐ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ด, ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ, then gave an Inspirational Message, encouraging the participants to embrace creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking as part of their academic and professional journey. The learning sessions started with ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ฒ๐น๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ, ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐, who presented the rationale, โFrom Zero to One โ Why CSUCC Needs Innovators,โ and introduced the participants to the programs, services, and cohort expectations of the TBI. This was followed by the Design Thinking Approach and DOST Programs, facilitated by ๐ ๐. ๐ฅ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐ . ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ, where participants explored how to identify real-world problems and frame them as opportunities for innovation.
In the afternoon, the workshop continued with the Lean Canvas / Business Model Canvas Workshop led by ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ ๐๐น๐ฒ๐

The participants then applied their learnings as they began shaping their startup concepts into pitch-ready presentations.
