HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES— September 02, 2024 During the budget deliberation of the Department of Education, Secretary Sonny Angara assured Congressman Joboy Aquino that programs for education in the City of Butuan will carry on under his leadership. The assurance came after Cong. Aquino asked Sec. Angara if he will adhere to the Memorandum of Agreement signed last year between the city government of Butuan and Deped wherein the LGU of Butuan will provide a lot area and in return, the agency will fund the construction of school buildings. Sec. Angara likewise affirmed his support for the additional funding for the construction of the new 4-story building in Agusan National High School. #GwapongPanerbisyo #BagongPilipinas
